...and it's time to return!

I'm really thankful having been able to take a much needed break from shooting and blogging (although I have much to improve on the latter!).  There were things that I had to give 100% of my focus to, and I can proudly say I'm all done and ready to take on shooting full force.

I have so many changes coming, and I'm so excited for everything to start to unfold!  I leave you with a few images that I've been working on these past couple months.  They're all so beautiful and I'm so lucky to be able to share these moments with my amazing clients!

Maura & Fredy | Portrait Session | Malibu & Santa Monica, CA

As part of the same project from our previous shoot, Maura and Fredy set out on a little adventure with us and the results were these gorgeous pictures I'm about to show you.

I have known Maura and Fredy for a long time and I am so glad to see how happy they make eachother.  We had such a blast during this shoot... It was almost like a mini-road trip filled with dumb jokes and laughter, and we were able to catch the last drops of the lovely summer light.

Renita's 40th Birthday | Event Photography | Long Beach, CA

My wonderful assistant (and coincidentally, sister ;) ) shot this beautiful birthday session at the fabulous "Reef" in Long Beach, CA.  Renita threw a mardi-gras themed celebration for her 40th birthday.   What better way to celebrate than this?
